Join a well-established, people-first MSP supporting businesses across the DC Metro area. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative technical team that values customer experience, technical growth, and long-term career development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of onsite client interaction and hands‑on technical troubleshooting across Microsoft environments, networking, desktops, and cloud platforms.

Day to Day:

• Provide onsite and remote support for SMB clients (1-2 onsite's per day and the rest of the time is working from home)
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac, Office 365, and networking issues
• Support desktops, servers, mobile devices, and cloud applications
• Work alongside senior engineers on escalated technical issues
• Deliver white‑glove customer service and build strong client relationships

Experience:

• 3+ years of MSP experience preferred
• Experience supporting end users in fast‑paced environments
• Familiarity with networking, Active Directory, and virtualization
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation for client site visits throughout the DC Metro area
