Disc Medicine is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to cover the Mid-Atlantic territory and advance the medical objectives of its clinical development programs. The MSL will build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), institutions, and payers, serving as a scientific and clinical resource through peer-to-peer exchange.

Qualifications

Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, or MSc) or equivalent professional credentials (NP, PA).
~3+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL or in a related field-based medical affairs role.
Experience in hematology, dermatology, or rare disease preferred; excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

Serve as a field-based scientific and clinical resource for Disc Medicine Medical Affairs.
Identify and develop relationships with KOLs, HCPs, institutions across hematology, dermatology, hepatology, and rare diseases.
Engage in compliant peer-to-peer scientific exchange on disease state and unmet medical needs.
Support trials, IITs, and research collaborations.
Gather and communicate actionable field insights to inform Disc Medicine strategy.
Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Information, Market Access and Commercial, and provide internal scientific training.
