Disc Medicine is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to cover the Mid-Atlantic region (NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC) and advance medical objectives of its clinical programs. The MSL will build relationships with KOLs, HCPs, institutions, and payers, serving as a scientific resource for peer-to-peer exchange and education.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL or in a related field-based medical affairs role.
• Experience in hematology, dermatology or rare disease preferred; product launch experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex scientific concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a field-based scientific and clinical resource and customer-facing extension of Disc Medicine Medical Affairs.
• Identify and develop deep relationships with academic and community-based KOLs, HCPs, institutions and investigators across hematology, dermatology, hepatology, and rare diseases.
• Engage in compliant peer-to-peer scientific exchange on disease state, unmet medical need, and patient care challenges.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests and deliver reactive clinical data presentations in one-on-one and group settings.
• Support company-sponsored trials, IITs, research collaborations, and expanded access.
