Disc Medicine is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to cover the Mid-Atlantic territory, including NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC, VA, WV, NC and SC. The MSL will build relationships with KOLs, HCPs, and payers, serving as a scientific and clinical resource for its clinical development programs.

The ideal candidate will support research, publications, education, and unmet patient needs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and traveling extensively to conferences and sites.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, DNP, or MSc) or equivalent professional credentials (NP, PA).
• 3+ years of biopharmaceutical industry experience as an MSL or in a related field-based medical affairs role.
• Experience in hematology, dermatology, or rare disease preferred; product launch experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a field-based scientific and clinical resource for Disc Medicine Medical Affairs.
• Develop deep relationships with KOLs, HCPs, institutions and investigators in hematology, dermatology, hepatology, and rare diseases.
• Engage in compliant peer-to-peer scientific exchange on disease state, unmet medical need, and patient care challenges.
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests and deliver data presentations.
