Disc Medicine is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison to cover the Mid-Atlantic region. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work remotely or from our headquarters. You will build trusted relationships with KOLs and HCPs, support trials, and help advance hematology programs.

The ideal candidate holds an advanced clinical or scientific degree and has 3+ years in biotech/pharma, with strong communication and travel readiness to engage across the territory.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• 3+ years in biopharmaceutical industry as MSL or similar.
• Experience in hematology/dermatology/rare disease preferred; launch experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as field-based scientific and clinical resource for Medical Affairs.
• Develop relationships with KOLs/HCPs across hematology/dermatology/rare diseases.
• Engage in compliant peer-to-peer scientific exchange on disease state and unmet needs (EPP and others).
• Respond to unsolicited medical information requests with clinical data presentations.
• Support company-sponsored trials, IITs, and expanded access.
• Gather field insights to inform medical strategy and plan regional advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Medical Information, Market Access and Commercial; provide internal training.
• Travel extensively within the territory to engage with KOLs/HCPs and attend scientific conferences.
