Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Malvern, PA is seeking a Technical Lead specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to design, develop, and integrate CRM solutions. You will lead CRM development efforts, implement plugins, workflows, and reports, and collaborate with business teams in an Agile SCRUM environment.

The role requires strong .NET skills, experience with REST/SOAP integrations, and expertise in Power BI and data tooling. On-site work in Malvern with a focus on client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with plugins and workflows.
• Experience creating OOB CRM reports and custom SSRS reports.
• Configuring and customizing Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product knowledge: Entities, workflows and configuration.
• CRM functional areas: Sales, Marketing and Service management.
• Strong .NET skills: WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server.
• Power BI, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric expertise.
• CRM security model and deployment approaches.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• * Direct, hands-on expertise in the following:
• * MS Dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
• * Creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM
• * Configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• * Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (Entities, Workflows and configuration)
• * Dynamics CRM Entities , workflows , configurations , customization development , integrations development.
• * CRM Functional areas in Sales Automation,Marketing automation and Service management functionality
• * Core .NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server
• * Expertise with PowerBI, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
• * Strong understanding of CRM security model, CRM deployment methods
• * Experience of working as CRM Developer for at least 2 implementation projects/cycles
• * Experience integrating CRM using web services (rest/soap) and messaging (NServiceBus)
• * Expertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows and custom scripts.
• * Knowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development
