Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Dynamics CRM specialist to design, build, and configure CRM solutions using Dataverse, Power Platform, and plugins. You will implement integrations, work with CI/CD practices, and leverage Copilot Studio and Azure AI to deliver AI-enabled CRM features.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, delivering high level designs, and overseeing CRM environments from testing to production within an onsite/offshore model.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Computer Science or similar field.
• D365 Certification - PL 600/200 or AB 100 preferred.
• Knowledge about Azure Components and AZ 900 certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile delivery model with stakeholders.
• Create designs by interacting with client stakeholders.
• Provide CRM solution approaches within tight time schedules.
• Conduct CRM solution workshops for stakeholders.
• Create High Level Technical designs.
• Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.

Job Description

• Development & design expertise in Dynamics CRM technical like Dataverse, Power Platform tools like power automate/canvas & model driven apps
• Ability to develop plugins, JS, power automate flows
• Configure CRM components
• Ability to model in CRM Data based on requirements
• Integrations using Power Automate and Connectors, APIs – Previous experience on

Workflow tools esp. Power Automate or custom API development

• Microsoft C# skills to develop CRM custom extensions/Plugins
• Worked in Solution deployments, ALM and CRM Solutions, Security design
• Troubleshooting & solution achiever for the application development issues with team collaboration
• Worked on Reports OOB, Dashboard and Power BI
• Worked on Copilot within D365 and M365 and Copilot studio/Azure AI foundry and developed agents and/or chatbots using Copilot Studio
• Good Communication
• D365 Certification - PL 600/200 or AB 100
• Knowledge about Azure Components and AZ 900 certification is preferred

Salary Range: $125,000 - $130,000 a year

Qualifications

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
