Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Malvern, PA is seeking a Lead Business Analyst for CRM Transformation. You will define functional specs, collaborate with client stakeholders, and guide agile CRM initiatives from discovery through go-live.

Ideal candidates bring deep Dynamics CRM expertise in Sales/Services, experience with D365 Customer Insights, and strong requirements-gathering capabilities to drive successful transformations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Experience of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, application developments and support.
• Large CRM transformation from discovery to go-live.
• Collaborate with customer teams on requirements and with Dev teams on sprint completions and QA.
• Deep expertise in Dynamics CRM Sales/Services domains.
• Knowledge of D365 Customer Insights services.
• Gap analysis and requirements work in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
• Understanding of Core CRM Processes and Copilot in M365/D365.
• CRM security model, product roadmap & certification (preferable).

Salary Range: $135,000 - $142,000 a year

Qualifications

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
