Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced CRM Developer to deliver Dynamics 365 solutions, reports, and integrations. The role requires hands-on development, configuration, and collaboration with business teams to implement CRM enhancements.

You will work in an Agile SCRUM environment, driving best practices and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have strong .NET skills (WCF/SSIS/SSRS/SQL Server), experience with Power BI and data pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Microsoft

Qualifications

• CRM development experience with MS Dynamics CRM/365 in multiple projects.
• Configuring, customizing CRM, CRM Web API, and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Experience building OOB and custom reports (SSRS) for CRM.
• Strong .NET background (WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server).
• Experience with Power BI, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in high-level design sessions with business stakeholders.
• Develop new features and integrations; ensure best practices and quality.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams; ensure agile SCRUM compliance.

• Direct, hands-on expertise in the following:
• MS Dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
• Creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (Entities, Workflows and configuration)
• CRM Functional areas in Sales Automation,Marketing automation and Service management functionality
• Core .NET technology and related areas - WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server
• Expertise with PowerBI, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong understanding of CRM security model, CRM deployment methods
• Experience of working as CRM Developer for at least 2 implementation projects/cycles
• Experience integrating CRM using web services (rest/soap) and messaging (NServiceBus)
• Expertise in writing Plug Ins, Workflow, business process flows and custom scripts.
• Knowledge of best practices and guidelines for design and development
• Work with the business team to understand the requirements
• Work in the Agile methodology (SCRUM)
• Collaborate with the team to work on developing new features
• Leading and participating High level design session and collaborating with Business on the best practices and solutions that maximize the client needs
• Constantly challenging status quo and bringing in operational excellence to the team to raise the bar.
