Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking an MRI Technologist I to perform MRI procedures and operate MRI equipment in a fast-paced radiology department at our Concord, NC facility.

You will verify orders, prepare patients, document procedures, and maintain safety protocols while assisting Radiologists and clinicians with high-quality imaging. Weekend night shifts are required; a sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine program; MRI registry within 1 year of hire.
• Active ARRT MRI registry eligibility or ARMRIT program required.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders with Radiologist before exams.
• Identify patients and explain procedures.
• Operate MRI scanners with proficiency and ensure image quality.
• Maintain MR safety and patient monitoring standards.
