Job summary

Tempus AI, Inc. is hiring an MRD Clinical Account Executive to promote MRD testing services to clinicians and healthcare providers in Utah or Wyoming.

The role requires strategic business development, engagement with senior stakeholders, and driving adoption of MRD testing across academic medical centers, health systems, and community practices. The successful candidate will sell integrated molecular diagnostics, manage complex contracting, and collaborate with Tempus teams to achieve territory

Qualifications

• Proven ability to sell integrated molecular diagnostic solutions.
• Comfortable engaging with executive-level stakeholders (CEO, COO, CFO).
• Deep understanding of payer and reimbursement in oncology diagnostics.
• Independent with strong communication and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable about MRD testing and oncology diagnostics landscape.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Tempus MRD testing within the territory, focusing on major cancer centers and health systems.
• Engage with KOLs, clinicians, and decision-makers to create opportunities.
• Develop plans for acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones, maximizing contracting opportunities.
• Negotiate laboratory services agreements (LSAs) with client billing.
• Collaborate across Tempus sales roles to meet company goals.
