Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support cinema guests by performing Box Office, Concession and Usher duties across locations. You will handle tickets, cash, upsell premium viewing options and promote the Regal Crown Club loyalty program.

The role emphasizes attendance, safety, and compliant service in a fast-paced theatre environment, with flexible scheduling including part-time and full-time hourly positions. Prior cast certification is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, manage cash, upsell premium experiences, promote loyalty program, ensure policy compliance.
• Concession: operate POS, manage inventory, upsell, follow food safety and regulatory rules.
• Usher: tear tickets, guide patrons, enforce MPAA ratings, assist with seating and safety, monitor theatres, close/open duties.
