Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to ensure guests receive exceptional service across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. Staff must maintain attendance, handle emergencies, perform cleaning duties, and comply with the dress code as part of their daily responsibilities.

Positions may be variable hour, part-time fixed/regular, or full-time hourly, with duties including selling tickets, serving concessions, and guiding guests to seats while upholding policy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system for tickets, cash handling, credit cards, and related transactions.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote Regal Crown Club program.
• Promote and enforce MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Assist guests at Box Office, Concession, or Usher as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and comply with dress code and safety policies.
