Job summary

Regal Cinemas, Inc. is hiring Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles across multiple shifts. Train and perform duties to ensure guests receive exceptional service while maintaining theatre safety and cleanliness.

Roles include ticketing, cash handling, upselling premium experiences, and assisting guests throughout their visit. Candidates must complete required cast certification and may need state/local alcohol training where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving alcohol, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, handle cash, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and tickets.
• Concession: operate POS, manage cash and stock, uphold food safety rules.
• Usher: tear tickets, direct patrons, enforce MPAA rating system, inspect for safety and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain guest service standards and comply with dress code and attendance policies.
