Job summary

Mammoth Mountain, operated by Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations across Front Desk, Bell, Concierge and Shuttle services. You will drive financial, staff, and guest-service goals within a fast-paced resort environment.

Requirements include a four-year degree (preferred) and at least two years of hospitality supervisory experience, especially in mountain or destination resorts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' hospitality supervisory experience required.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Experience in a Mountain and/or Destination Resort hotel preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visual One.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages the daily operation of the Front Office, including Front Desk, Bell, Concierge, and Shuttle.
• Responsible for financial, employee, and guest service goals of the department.
