Mammoth Mountain is seeking a Front Office Supervisor in Mammoth Lakes, CA to oversee the Juniper Springs Resort Front Office team, assist with training, and resolve guest issues in line with policy. Qualifications

• High school graduate with two or more years experience in operation of a hotel front desk, including night audit.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Juniper Springs Resort Front Office Representatives during assigned shift.
• Assists the Management Team in establishing and implementing training programs.
• Represents the management in solving guest problems regarding policies and procedures.
• Performs the duties of the Manager during periods when other Management Team members are not available.
