Job summary

You will drive revenue by promoting advanced servo systems, negotiating large scale contracts, and building lasting customer relationships across the network. You will meet aggressive targets while delivering tailored engineering solutions and leading educational seminars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical/Electrical) or Mathematics/Physics with automation experience.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial automation or servo automation with OEM/distributor sales.
• Strong technical background in motion control and servo sizing for mechanical and electrical components.
• Ability to travel up to 75% to support customers and partners.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory through direct and affiliate channels.
• Develop long-term relationships with OEM and distributor accounts; forecast key accounts accurately.
• Promote motion control products and services; conduct seminars and training for customers and partners.
• Negotiate delivery, pricing, and warranties within guidelines; coordinate post-sale support.
• Prepare price quotations, maintain accounts receivable discipline, and create customer programs.
