Job summary

WITTENSTEIN Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer for the Greater Cincinnati area to expand OEM and distributor accounts and drive revenue in motion control products. The role demands a strong technical background in servo automation and the ability to size systems, develop custom solutions, and forecast key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Math/Physics with automation experience.
• 5+ years in industrial/servo automation with strong technical grounding.
• Travel up to 75% and territory ownership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales targets in the Greater Cincinnati area and distributor channels.
• Develop OEM and distributor relationships and forecast key accounts.
• Negotiate large-scale projects within company guidelines.
• Educate customers and coordinate training and seminars.
• Prepare quotes and maintain CRM data and forecasts.
