Job summary

WITTENSTEIN Inc. is seeking a proactive sales professional to expand the Northeast territory, including Boston, New York/ NJ metro, and Eastern PA. You will build long-term OEM and distributor relationships, promote motion control products, and deliver seminars to key accounts.

The role requires a strong technical background in servo automation, 75% travel, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical or Electrical, or Mathematics/Physics with automation exposure.
• 5+ years in industrial automation/servo automation with proven territory development and sales growth.
• Experience with distributors, direct sales, and large OEMs (5+ years).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and reside in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets in the Northeast and OEM/distributor accounts.
• Develop long-term relationships and forecast key accounts accurately.
• Promote motion control products, conduct educational seminars, and manage warranties and issues.
• Coordinate with distributors and customers to negotiate delivery, price, and warranty terms.
• Prepare quotes, manage accounts receivable, and create sales programs.
