Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Professional Services Consultant for ICE Mortgage Technology in Jacksonville, FL to drive adoption, optimization, and deployment of our solutions. You will design, build, and deliver solutions for customers' critical functions and develop business requirements and configurations.

You will work with best practices, manage risks, and advocate enhancements to maximize solution use. Travel up to 50% is expected as part of delivering client services.

Qualifications

• Mortgage Banking or Financial Services technology experience required.
• Project management skills including status reporting, project documentation, issue resolution, time management and project communication required.
• Encompass experience required.
• Encompass Administration experience preferred.
• Implementation of enterprise software experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office Solutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deliver solutions for customer’s critical business functions.
• Adhere to and promote best practices and design guidelines.
• Utilize ICE Mortgage Technology’s solutions automation to streamline customer processes.
• Identify project issues and risks, then present alternatives and solutions to resolve them.
• Recommend features and improvements to optimize and increase the use of ICE Mortgage Technology solutions.
• Maintain relevant expertise in the mortgage industry.
• Up to 50% travel availability.
