Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a sales-focused team while continuing to originate and drive business. This is a leadership role designed for a top producer who wants to scale impact without sacrificing income.

You will mentor and coach, recruit and develop talent on the sales side, and guide culture and performance while remaining hands-on in production.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage laws, fair lending regulations, and PRMI policies.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Knowledgeable of accounting terms and general ledgers; strong QC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example while scaling team impact.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching several hours per week.
• Help recruit and develop talent on the sales side.
• Drive culture, accountability, and high performance across the division.
• Maintain focus on originating and driving business while managing leadership duties.
