Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager to continue your high-level production while stepping into a leadership role. You will build and guide a team, maintaining personal production and driving growth across the division.

You will mentor, recruit, and develop sales talent, with an emphasis on culture, accountability, and performance, enabling scale beyond your own book. Expect strong compensation and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination with leadership roles.
• Extensive experience managing a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Familiarity with accounting terms and general ledgers.
