Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who can lead a high-performing loan officer team while continuing to originate. This role blends production with leadership, avoiding day-to-day operations management and focusing on scalable impact through people and process.

You will mentor, recruit, and develop sales talent, drive culture and accountability, and deliver strong P&L results. Enterprise-scale growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination (Principal lending roles).
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and motivate branch personnel.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce at a high level while leading from the front through production.
• Mentor and coach the team for growth and performance.
• Recruit and develop sales talent across the division.
• Drive culture, accountability, and results without day-to-day ops.
