Job summary

Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will continue to originate at high levels while scaling a team. This role emphasizes leadership without getting bogged down in daily operations, offering infrastructure to support both the leader and the team.

You will recruit and mentor branch personnel, maintain strong referral partnerships, and drive culture and performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Compliance with mortgage and fair lending laws and PRMI policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front through production and example, while scaling the team.
• Recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
• Provide mentorship and group coaching; drive culture, accountability, and performance.
• Maintain focus on origination while expanding divisional P&L upside.
