Primary Residential Mortgage is seeking a Regional Vice President / Producing Manager who will lead a high-performing loan production team while continuing to originate and drive business. This role emphasizes leadership without sacrificing production and provides dedicated support to scale impact beyond personal volume.

The ideal candidate will have about 5 years of retail mortgage origination experience, with a proven network of referral partners and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining a network of referral partners.
• Mortgage licenses required: MLO and Principal Lending.

Responsibilities

• Lead a producing team without traditional operational drag.
• Mentor and coach sales talent on a regular basis.
• Recruit and develop talent on the sales side and drive culture, accountability, and performance.
