American Neighborhood Mortgage Acceptance Company seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive recruitment of Mortgage Loan Originators and branch personnel. You will identify leads, nurture relationships, and guide candidates through the hiring process while aligning with company culture and platform capabilities.

Candidates should have mortgage industry experience, strong networking skills, and the ability to present complex solutions to internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage sales.
• Experience in creating sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to make formal presentations to internal/external audiences.
• Ability to understand complex problems and collaborate on solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establishes contact with potential candidates in target markets.
• Builds relationships with Originator, Sales Manager, Branch Manager recruits and other industry professionals.
• Attracts candidates via calls, emails, CRM campaigns, and LinkedIn/social media outreach.
• Determines candidate or branch qualifications and conducts due diligence.
• Directs next steps such as discovery calls and round tables, then on-boarding transition steps.
• Adheres to company core values in marketing and candidate outreach.
