CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a skilled Loan Processor with at least 5 years of residential mortgage processing experience. You will obtain documentation, coordinate with customers and Loan Officers, and ensure disclosures comply with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include underwriting prep, loan package assembly, accuracy checks, and maintaining the pipeline within policy turn-around times. Proficiency with Encompass, DU/LP, and MS Office is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Knowledge of RESPA and general mortgage lending regulations.
• Experience with Encompass and mortgage documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Review borrower credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble complete loan package for underwriting.
• Verify required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
• Prepare loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure accuracy of printed documents.
• Review loans for compliance with mortgage regulations (RESPA, TIL, Reg. B) and prepare disclosures.
• Maintain the loan pipeline and assist with loan setup and closing.
