Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking a Loan Processor in Winter Park, FL to provide quality customer service and gather necessary documents for underwriting. You will order third-party docs, ensure disclosures, and maintain accurate communications with the Loan Officer, customer, and Underwriter.

Requires 5+ years in residential mortgage processing, proficiency in Encompass, and knowledge of RESPA, Reg Z and Reg B. Strong math, prioritization, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass and understanding of mortgage regulations (RESPA, Regulation Z/B) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, income, employment and assets for underwriting.
• Assemble the loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify required documentation and complete loan checklists.
• Prepare loan disclosures and communicate with Loan Originator and Underwriter.
• Maintain loan pipeline and assist with loan setup and closures.
