Job summary

NVR Mortgage is seeking a customer-focused Loan Processor to work on-site with homebuyers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will coordinate between borrowers, the sales team, and underwriting to ensure a smooth loan experience.

With strong communication and organizational skills, you will manage multiple files, collect information, and help move loans toward closing, while upholding high service standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Great organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
• At least 2 years of experience processing loans (preferred).
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Positively impact the customer experience with frequent communication and exceptional service to homebuyers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the loan process.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.
• Set up loan files, order exhibits (VOE, VOD, credit reports, etc.), and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completeness before passing to the closing department.
