Job summary

NVR, Inc. is seeking a Loan Processor to support the mortgage process for Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will interact with homebuyers and internal teams to ensure a smooth experience from file setup to closing, while maintaining strict attention to detail and timely communication.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, accurate documentation, and collaboration with the underwriting and sales teams to help families achieve home ownership in the community.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience processing loans.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with real estate documentation and underwriting policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact the customer experience with exceptional service to homebuyers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the loan process.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.
• Set up loan files, order exhibits (VOE, VOD, credit report), and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork and ensure accuracy before passing to the closing department.
