Job summary

NVR Mortgage is seeking a bright, customer-focused Loan Processor who will work directly with our homebuying customers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will impact families’ lives while contributing to a respectful, empowering work environment and professional development.

This on-site role requires coordinating with borrowers, the sales team and underwriting to ensure a smooth home loan experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• At least 2 years of experience processing loans (preferred).
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Positively impact the customer experience by maintaining frequent communication and providing exceptional service to homebuyers.
• Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the loan process.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.
• Set up loan files, order exhibits (VOEs, VODs, credit reports, etc.), and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork and ensure accuracy/completeness before passing to closing department.
