NVR Mortgage is seeking a customer-focused Loan Processor to work with homebuying customers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes. You will guide borrowers through the loan process, coordinating with sales and underwriting to ensure a smooth experience.

You will handle loan files, gather information, set up documents, and maintain clear communication with teams and applicants. This role offers empowerment, professional development, and a culture of respect and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact the customer experience with ongoing communication.
• Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the loan process.
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages.
• Set up loan files, order exhibits, and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork and ensure accuracy before passing to the closing department.
