Job summary

NVR Mortgage, part of the NVR family, is seeking a Loan Processor to work with Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes customers. You will serve as a liaison between borrowers, sales teams and underwriting, ensuring a smooth homebuying experience.

This on-site role emphasizes customer service, organization and attention to detail, with the goal of timely processing and accurate loan files from setup to closing.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
• At least 2 years of experience processing loans.
• Working knowledge of real estate documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Positively impact the customer experience, while maintaining frequent communication and providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers
• Maintain ongoing communication with NVR Mortgage and Homebuilding staff throughout the entire loan process
• Manage multiple loan files, collect and record customer information, and ensure timely processing of mortgages
• Set up loan files, order all exhibits (i.e., VOE's, VOD's credit report, etc.), and follow up on submitted and pending loans.
• Coordinate closing paperwork, ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files prior to passing to the closing department
