Job summary

A minimum of five years' processing experience and proficiency with Encompass are essential; strong math and communication skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Experience with Encompass.
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general mortgage lending rules.
• Knowledge of DU, LP, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review borrower credit, employment, income and assets per loan program before underwriting.
• Assemble complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
• Verify documentation and complete the loan checklist.
• Prepare loan approval summaries and disclosures per regulations.
• Coordinate with Loan Originator, customer and Underwriter to obtain missing documents.
• Manage pipeline and assist in closing, servicing and post-close items.
