Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or financial sales professional with a verifiable track record.
• Must hold a Mortgage banking license under DFI and NMLS.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills to pursue leads and manage loan pipelines.
• Commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and cultivating long-term relationships with customers, agents and partners.
• Ability to earn trust and build relationships with all client types.
• Thorough understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and other conventional loans.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend promotional events to promote loan products.
• Stay updated on real estate trends, rates and lending regulations.
• Explain differences in approval requirements for various loan types and present lending packages.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and verify document accuracy.
