Howard Hanna Mortgage is seeking motivated Loan Originators to contribute to our mission of providing top-notch service to clients, colleagues, and communities. You will research loans to find the best option and guide clients through application, approval, and closing efficiently.

Formación

• Mortgage Loan Originator experience with a verifiable sales track record.
• Licensing: DFI and NMLS required.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills for leads, pipeline, data gathering and relationship building.
• Commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and cultivating relationships with clients, agents and partners.
• Thorough understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and other conventional loans.
• Be professional, approachable, empathetic, responsive and positive.

Responsabilidades

• Build healthy relationships with agents and applicants to ensure repeat business and lifelong partnerships.
• Regularly attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend promotional events to promote products to potential clients.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, lending rates and changes in mortgage regulations.
• Explain mortgage approval differences and prepare lending packages based on client needs.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and check documents for accuracy and completeness.
