Howard Hanna Mortgage is seeking motivated Loan Originators to contribute to our mission of providing top level service to clients, colleagues and communities. You will research loans, guide applicants through the application, approval and closing processes, and build long-term relationships with customers and agents.

A typical day includes networking at events, promoting loan products, staying current on market trends, and assisting clients with accurate loan applications and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in financial sales with a track record.
• Licensed as an MLO with NMLS and DFI credentials.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to cultivate client relationships and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend events to promote loan products to clients.
• Stay informed on local market trends, lending rates, and regulatory changes.
• Explain mortgage options and prepare lending packages for clients.
• Assist with completing mortgage applications and verify documents for accuracy.
