Qualifications

Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator and/or Financial Sales Specialist with a verifiable sales track record preferred.

Responsibilities

Build healthy relationships with agents and applicants to secure repeat business.
Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
Promote products by hosting or attending events to reach potential clients.
Stay updated on local real estate trends, lending rates, and regulatory changes.
Explain mortgage options and prepare lending packages based on client needs.
Assist clients with mortgage applications and verify documents for accuracy.
