Howard Hanna Mortgage in Cleveland seeks motivated Loan Originators to provide top-level service and guide clients through the loan process from application to closing. You will research loan options and help clients navigate timelines in a cost-effective manner.

A top candidate will build strong relationships with agents and clients, manage loan pipelines, and stay current on market trends and lending regulations to promote Howard Hanna Mortgage products.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or Financial Sales Specialist with a verifiable sales track record.
• License under DFI and NMLS required.
• Proven communication, listening and interpersonal skills to manage leads and pipeline.
• Commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and building long-term relationships.
• Ability to earn trust with diverse clients.
• Understanding of FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and other loans.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend events to promote products to potential clients.
• Stay informed on local real estate trends, rates, rules and best practices.
• Explain loan approval requirements and present lending packages based on client needs.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and verify documents for accuracy.
