Howard Hanna Mortgage is seeking motivated Loan Originators to help clients navigate the application, approval and closing process. You will research loans for best options and foster long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or equivalent with verifiable sales track record.
• Must hold Mortgage banking license under DFI and NMLS.
• Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills for client liaison.
• Commitment to building long-term relationships with clients, agents and partners.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and create leads.
• Promote and present mortgage products to potential clients.
• Stay informed on market trends, rates, rules and best practices.
• Explain loan options and prepare lending packages based on client needs.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and verify documents for accuracy.
