Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a verifiable sales track record preferred.
• Have a Mortgage banking license under DFI and NMLS.
• Exercise your communication, listening and interpersonal skills to pursue leads and manage your loan pipeline.
• Demonstrate commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and cultivate life-long relationships with customers, agents and business partners.
• Ability to earn people’s trust and build relationships with all types of clients.
• Understand FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and other conventional loans.
• Be professional, approachable, empathetic and positive.

Aufgaben

• Build healthy relationships with agents and applicants to ensure repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate business leads.
• Host or attend promotional events to network and promote products to potential clients.
• Stay abreast of local real estate market trends, lending rates, and regulatory changes.
• Explain differences between approval requirements of various mortgages and present lending packages.
• Assist clients with mortgage applications and inspect documents for accuracy.
