Qualifications

• Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator with a verifiable sales track record preferred.
• Must hold a Mortgage banking license under DFI and an NMLS license.
• Use strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills to pursue leads, manage pipelines, and gather data.
• Demonstrate commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and cultivate lifelong relationships with customers, agents and partners.
• Understand FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, USDA and other conventional loan types.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with agents and applicants to generate repeat business.
• Attend industry events to network and generate leads.
• Host or attend promotional events to promote mortgage products to clients.
• Stay informed about local real estate trends, rates, and loan rules.
