Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• 2+ years mortgage origination experience preferred
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act required
• Knowledge of mortgage laws and regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office

Responsibilities

• Provides expert mortgage advice to potential borrowers
• Develops and maintains referral networks with Realtors, builders and community
• Manages a clean loan pipeline with processors, underwriters and closers
• Takes a complete application and collects all required documentation for verification
• Coordinates closing with borrowers and real estate professionals
