• Maintains knowledge of underwriting policy, investor guidelines and applicable laws.
• Develops and maintains referral networks with Realtors, builders and community contacts.
• Manages a clean pipeline coordinating with processors, underwriters and closers.
• Delivers all compliance documents and disclosures in a timely manner.
• Interviews loan applicants to document income, debt and credit history.
• Coordinates closing with borrowers, closing agents and real estate professionals.
• Advises applicants on costs and loan options and informs them of loan status.
