Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2 years of sales experience required
• 2+ years of Mortgage origination experience preferred
• NMLS registration under the SAFE Act required upon employment and annual renewal
• Knowledge of mortgage laws, procedures, rules, and regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to borrowers
• Maintain an active pipeline and coordinate with processors, underwriters and closers
• Develop and maintain referral networks with Realtors, builders and community contacts
• Explain closing costs and disclosures
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
