Job summary

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of sales experience required.
• 2+ years of Mortgage origination experience preferred.
• NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance required upon employment.
• Knowledge of mortgage laws, procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage advice to potential borrowers.
• Develop and maintain referral networks with Realtors, builders and community contacts.
• Manage a clean pipeline of loans with processors, underwriters and closers.
• Deliver all compliance documents and disclosures in a timely manner.
• Coordinate closing with borrowers, agents and other parties.
