Job summary

A full-service credit union in Paducah, KY is seeking a Mortgage Lending Sales Manager who will be responsible for growing mortgage volume and leading a sales team. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of mortgage origination experience and is skilled in leadership and communication. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage loan origination experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role preferred.
• Ability to maintain NMLS license and continuing education required.
• Working knowledge of conventional and government loan programs.
• Experience with software systems to maximize borrower/member experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with RVP of Mortgage Sales to grow mortgage volume.
• Recruit and assist in hiring process for the team.
• Mentor and coach sales team to build referral network.
• Engage with sales team activities and assist in loan structuring.
• Develop strategy for achieving production goals.
