Job summary

Commonwealth Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Loan Manager to lead the mortgage department in Frankfort, Kentucky. The role provides strategic direction for compliant, member-focused lending, overseeing origination and processing while aligning with policies and regulations.

You will mentor staff, drive workflow improvements, manage risk, and participate in leadership initiatives to deliver exceptional value to members and strengthen community relations.

Qualifications

• Experience with mortgage lending processes and regulatory compliance preferred.
• NMLS registration or equivalent experience may be required.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
