The role is commission-based with potential to earn a wide range of compensation, and compliance with NMLS is required. Location includes West End/Paducah, KY, with opportunities to grow in a dynamic regional bank.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Mortgage Loan Officer experience a plus.
• One year of mortgage lending experience with proven production.

Responsibilities

• Completes mortgage applications for submission to processing and underwriting.
• Evaluates loan requests and analyzes financial data for qualification.
• Maintains contact with loan customers and communicates progress.
