Job summary

Liberty Federal Credit Union is seeking a Mortgage Lending Sales Manager to oversee mortgage volume in the Cincinnati, OH area. This role requires significant mortgage loan origination experience and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of previous mortgage loan origination experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role leading a sales team is preferred.
• Ability to maintain a NMLS license and continuing education is required.
• Must adhere to all company procedures, policies and state/federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Work with the RVP of Mortgage Sales to support and grow mortgage volume.
• Recruit and assist in the hiring process to build our team.
• Mentor, lead, and coach sales team to meet sales goals.
• Provide assistance in resolving member problems and concerns.
